This practicum is designed for new churches that are getting ready to launch their weekend ministries or have launched their weekend ministries and are now faced with the challenges of growing a healthy missional church.  In this workshop we focus on the following Best Practices that MLC has utilized in the past seven years to go from 0 to 2000 in weekend attendance:

• Nurturing Vitality -Walk away with insights and a plan for growing your leadership as you grow the church.
• Being Mean about the Vision - Sharpen your vision focus and discovering how you can keep your church unified toward a common goal. 
• Financing theMission - Develop a plan for raising the resources needed to finance your vision. 
• Thinking Team - Develop a practical plan for building, developing, and leading your team on a practical, weekly basis.
• Redefining Discipleship - Discover how to qualify the unqualified and connect people quickly in order to build missional followers of Jesus. 

Sessions are lead by Shawn Lovejoy, David Putman, Chad Ward, and Casey Graham, all part of the Mountain Lake Church Team.

Dates: October 22-23, 2007 The Practicum will begin at 12:00 pm and end at 12:00 pm on the following day.

Cost:    $150.00 per person (includes 2 additional ministry team members, 3 staff members and beyond are $50.00 additional per person). 
Bring your team and spend two days with the Mountain Lake Ministry Team.
