Scandalust Statistics...

If you are clueless and you don't think our upcoming message series is relevant, take a look at these stats:

22 % of married men will stray at least once during their married lives.

14 % of married women have already had affairs at least once during their married lives.

57% of people have used the Internet to flirt with the opposite sex.

2 out of 3 women and 3 out of 4 men admit they have sexual thoughts or fantasies about co-workers regularly.

86% of men and 81% of women admit they routinely flirt with the opposite sex.

25 % of all search engine requests are pornography related

34 % of churchgoing women said they have intentionally visited porn websites online

The Average age for the first Internet exposure to pornography is 11 years old.

The largest consumers of Internet Pornography are students 12-17 year olds.

80% of students 15-17 year olds have multiple hardcore exposures to porn.

90% of students 8-16 year olds admit to having viewed porn online (most while doing homework).

Encouraged yet? WOW!

Do you think this subject is relevant to us?

Church leaders, we had better be talking about this!!!!

Keep this in mind: THIS SERIES IS NOT ABOUT LUST. IT'S ABOUT HOPE.

Do you know where you found these statistics? I'd love to use the for an upcoming message, but would like to cite where they came from. Thanks!

A bug zapper is like sin, because us as humans are sometimes attracted to the light like the bug is, just like the bug goes toward the light, we are some attracted to something that we know is not right. The light represents sin and the bug represents us.

I love it when God moves through a series. Do you podcast??
