great and to the point insight, shawn. what i find is we often have people in leadership that fit well into one of the categories you outlined, but the "position" or season the church is in requires a different category. i see so many neglect to make the change.

The differences between, entrepreneurs, managers, and leaders... I've been thinking a lot lately about the differences between an entrepreneur, a manager, and a leader. Here are a few of my thoughts.
